Steve,

Tha main reason I corrected your coordinates is that
yours pointed to the middle of Wesley Bolin Memorial
Park - not exactly the location of cow or bull pies. 
It is, however, close to a good source of the bull
version, which does happen to surround the Liberty
Bell.
