You will need to remove yourself.  I never remove anyone from the list 
because it's too easy for someone to forget someone elses identity just 
to cause them problems, and because it's easier for someone to remove 
themself than it is for me to remove them.
Just go to the same page you used to subscribe in the first place and 
look at the very bottom.
