Not too bad a price.  It depends on the mAh rating.  I've seen Sanyo 2100 mAh
NiMH batteries for about $3.85 each at greenbatteries.com and I've seen some
new 2200 mAh NiMH's for about $4 something each while I was looking at a Maha
charger (I just did a google search on "NiMH battery charger" to find a good
set of links, FYI).  If you're buying them locally, $13.95 isn't a bad price.
