Thanks for the advice, Gale and Regan! there was velcro and it is still there, but not the cache itself. from the last cacher's "found it" note, some kids at the park may have seen him replacing the cache. IF they are regulars at the park, I don't want to put it back in the same place for them to do the same thing again. I think I'll try to find a slightly different location. for now it's disabled.
