Congratulations, Trisha! (from one in an even smaller end of the pool than you) -----Original Message----- From: az-geocaching-admin@listserv.azgeocaching.com [mailto:az-geocaching-admin@listserv.azgeocaching.com] On Behalf Of Trisha Sent: Saturday, July 26, 2003 11:05 PM To: listserv@azgeocaching.com Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Ah....congrats to me? Funny, how I don't pay attention. We went to the Ft. Tuthill Hamfest today in Flag and managed to do 10 caches up there as well, dodging the rain and lightning. I figured, "hm, I gotta be getting pretty close to that magic '*100 AZ Finds*' mark", since I have 158 total (a bunch in Nevada and a few locationless, etc). So I figured I'd check it out on Snaptek's stats page, (which I do infrequently . . . duh) so that on whichever cache today was #100, I could put a little extra note for fun. WELL....lo and behold, I'm going down the list (yeah, I'm pretty far down, that's OK) and I already have 100 AZ finds! Exactly! That means that my Kokopelli cache near Prescott, already memorable for other reasons, was my #100 AZ cache a few weeks ago! I know that many of you are well past that, but it's still fun to note it, here on the small end of the pool :-) Trisha "Lightning" & Dan "VStar" Prescott PS for the Hams in the group...I picked up a Vibroplex iambic keyer today, chrome, serial number and all!! (For the non-Hams or no-code techs...that's used for Morse Code) Got a great price too! Can't wait to be yakking with Europe or Japan soon.... ____________________________________________________________ Az-Geocaching mailing list listserv@azgeocaching.com To edit your setting, subscribe or unsubscribe visit: http://listserv.azgeocaching.com/mailman/listinfo/az-geocaching Arizona's Geocaching Resource http://www.azgeocaching.com
