I agree, I think it is time for a ruling from the owner of the cache and 
the bugs.  Personally, I don't want to see a second set of bugs for the 
Tucson area, I would rather not play than be second string.  In any case, I 
think we need to leave it to the cache owner to decide if he wants any 
Tucson people to find his cache.
