I recently did a cache that had an interesting twist to in it. This 
brought up a question. What is considered to be a commercial cache?

Would  a fund raising cache be considered commercial?
Would a not for profit cache be considered commercial?
Would any solicitation for any thing, voluntary or not be considered 
commercial?
Would leaving items that promote a company be considered commercial?
