Very interesting article, Ken, thanks, brings up many of the issues we talk about, and a new wrinkle I hadn't thought of (probably because I am not a lawyer)....CITIES ban geocaching, because if somebody leaves something dangerous in it and the next person gets hurt, the "hurt" person could SUE the city.
