I just wrote a quick and dirty program to filter the team specific CSV files
available from azgeocaching.com in various ways for my own use. If you want
to use it also you can get it from:

  http://www.britishideas.com/gps/cachefilter/CacheFilter.exe (993k in size)

If there is enough interest in it I will consider adding more features, such
as filtering caches within a specific radius, etc.

Note that it won't work with the CSV file that is not team specific.
