Hahaha, your solution (to light the firework right there) made me laugh. Yes, please be careful what's placed in these caches. There's no guarantee that they won't be found by little kids, especially if you hide them in parks. When I was a kid, we never stuck to the "traditional" playground areas alone. We explored into anywhere that we could gain access.
