Not offended in the least.  I would offer one suggestion though.  Knowing 
how government bureaucrats think and work, I think that there should be 
some sort of disclaimer that azgeocaching.com has no regulatory control 
over geocaches placed in Arizona.  It is just a meeting place to distribute 
information.

My concern is that the land officials will look at it is as being 
"official" to mean that you have the decision making power, and can remove 
caches at will.
