Regan, I agree with Chelby, please take your dog in ASAP....as others have said, it could be many things, but a listless dog with no appetite needs a vet. I don't want to scare you, but our beloved Rottweiller was killed by antifreeze poisoning, and the first symptoms were listlessness and lack of appetite (from the progressive renal and liver failure). Please let us know how Clover does.... Trisha "Lightning" Prescott On Sun, 15 September 2002, "Regan Smith" wrote:

I thought I would get a bit of a head start as this being Sunday a office visit to the Vet would be very expensive I thought I would ask fellow cachers for advice, and maybe save a unscheduled vet visit..

Clover the Wonder dog has over the past week lost weight and become lazy as she just curls up and lays there. This past week I haven't been able to spend any time with her so this morning I wanted to take her for a walk and instead of having her wagging tail drag me she just looked at me and asked to go back inside...

I then went and bought her favorite canned food and she just looked at it and went to lay down...

thanks in advance
