After looking at the cache in question, I'm rather
suprised that it got through. I know Jeremy has
mentioned publicly that a virtual needs some method of
verification listed on the cache page before it will
be approved.

I haven't e-mailed him about Jeremy either, part of
trying to not look like a tattle-tale, I guess. Maybe
several of us, individually, should contact the owner
and explain the concern. The guy deliberately used the
same password on the file so I'm not confident that
he'd respond in a positive manner but I feel he should
be given a chance to correct the problem first.
