Team CHUMP,
     It's ok to visit a cache a 2nd or 3rd time.  I think the protocol for
an additional visit is to enter a note log rather than another found it log.
For example, several of us have made a second visit to Bach Fest II in order
to get the secret number for Chain Cache.  I'm likely to make a quick visit
to a cache after work because I want the travel bug out of it to place
elsewhere.  I know some people who will check on a cache if they're in the
area.
