<div dir="ltr">Is it defined by the "National Forest Wilderness Boundary?" I see that on the topo maps in TopoFusion. Seems like an obvious question, but I think it's always good to get definitive clarification.<br>

<div dir="ltr">Is there a particular mapset that defines that boundary? I notice there are numerous caches listed for Mt. Lemmon at <a href="http://geocaching.com" target="_blank">geocaching.com</a>, so I'm assuming some are allowed. Sounds like areas like Wilderness of Rocks might not be?<div>

As long as they are not within the wilderness boundary.<br>
