<P>At this time, the <STRONG>2 GB cards are the largest</STRONG> microSD cards
that can be used for the X-series GPS units. However, the X-series GPS units are
<STRONG>not compatible with the San Disk Ultra II cards</STRONG> and therefore
we do not recommend using the Ultra II micro SD cards with any of the X
units.</P></TD></TR>

to 1 Gb, which explain why my 2 Gb didn't work. As with all Internet
info, take with a grain of salt unless Garmin verifies.<BR><BR>

couldn't find the answer in the manual but I have a 2 gig in mine. I
was, however, not sucessful in using 1.8 gigs worth of topo maps with the
