I've talked with Danielle over there about placing a cache and she got me in touch with AZHwys who already has a geocache placed there (and I think she works for the Rio Salado project as well). FYI, they are pretty stringent on their rules for placing a cache, but as for CITO, I'm not sure. It's certainly a worthwhile project though. The area is gorgeous and unfortunately, because of the location right in the heart of Central Phoenix, they do get a lot of trash. It would be good to clean up so the birds don't have to live with trash! Let us know the progress, Will.

They just had a cleanup June 2nd and are not sure they will need another until August after the monsoons. She liked the idea of working with the geocachers and was aware of a geocache or two nearby. I'll see if I can make it happen. :)
