[Az-Geocaching] Adopting a cache

A) Caches are un-archived all the time, occasionally under just such a
scenario.
B) You are talking to the wrong guy, you need to contact RadRunner, our
approver.
C) If all else fails, put a new cache in the same spot. I know it's nice
to keep the old history, so maybe you will have to call your cache 'A
tribute to 'All Aboard' Gone'.
D) After reviewing the cache page, it appears there is something more to
the story. Perhaps a local business owner has contacted Groundspeak
about the cache?
