[Az-Geocaching] Adopt a highway

Thanks Will! That's the best of both worlds...the median gets cleaned up, and WE don't have to do it. I hope the ADOT fellow appreciates our concern..

I jumped a few levels and spoke with a higher up at ADOT last week  regarding the median.  He drove the Beeline, inspected the median and agreed it was very bad.  He called back, thanked us for our "vim and  vigor" but declined our offer.  He has hired a contract crew to clean up the median from about N. Mesa drive all the way to Shea.  They started today.  I saw them on the way to work.  I spoke with him a few minutes ago and he said they inspected the first mile after the crew passed and they had 30 bags from just the median in the first mile.  It may take a few weeks but they are working on it!  Next event we will hopefully see a cleaner median.
