That's correct.  PQs can use an enormous amount of bandwidth, so it isn't
going to be a 'free' service.  For those who are paying members, or anyone
pondering doing so, I would strongly recommend that you use the zip option
for the PQ.  If for no other reason, it reduces the load by a small amount
on the outbound bandwidth by compressing the file into a .zip file (use
Winzip to extract it), shrinking the actual file size downloaded by ~80% or
better.  For those on dial-up connections, if the PQ is pushing the 500
cache limit, this is a huge thing to look at.  It will take a few seconds to
download the e-mail vs. a few minutes.

Now, if you're getting .gpx files from the cache pages themselves, you
should already be a premium member.  Those weren't available to non-paying
users last time I checked.
