That's half the challenge.  Sometimes the intent is to be visible, yet
discrete when finding something.  There aren't too many places left where
there aren't people around either.

If you have to put in the description of your cache:

"please use stealth" or "be discrete as there may be people around" or 
anything to that extent....

Maybe it isn't a good place to put a cache (if you want your cache to stand 
the test of time).
