I glad this had a happy ending. SARA has some excellent people on there
team. They are 1 of the 3 Mtn. Rescue Teams in the Desert Mt. Region, the
other 2 are Maricopa County Mtn. Rescue and Las Vegas Metro.
Brian, you should get involved. I can't imagine there not being a need.
Contact the local Sheriffs Dept. There is always a need for dedicated
people who have knowledge of the outdoors. I agree with you about the high
quality of DPS air support as I have to recert with their Helo every 3
months for long lines as well as MCSO's Fox 1.

I agree completely, Trisha. I'm not sure how much of a need there is for
SAR here, but long before getting the Jeep, I've thought about getting
involved in it. It fits who I am all too well.
