[Az-Geocaching] rant....?

I just had another thought.  In many things I do, I put quite a bit of
time/effort into them, because in the end they are representative of me.
That being said, when/where I choose to place a cache is going to be
determined by how I feel about it.  If I'm excited about the location and
how you need to find it, then I will.  To satisfy a 'ratio', I will not.
