[Az-Geocaching] FRS Radios

In 1955 (when!?) I was in electronics school in Mississippi, and became
somewhat competent with a "bug" and a "monkey". Twenty years later, in
flight school we had to know code, but primarily for nav aid identifiers.
But then we really didn't need to know it, 'cuz the dits and dahs (duhs?)
were written out on all the terminal charts, letdowns, and SIDs. So, the
short answer is not anymore.
