[Az-Geocaching] Congrats to CHUMP

We add our congrats too, Rob and Team CHUMP....looks like we just
missed you guys at Acker Park? We were there about 1500 hrs.
We think that the area with all the vents, etc might be a buried water
tank. (?) There are water tanks on hilltops all around Prescott, it is
one thing that might make sense....
