[Az-Geocaching] Question on Difficult Caches

We had someone on our freemont saddle cache move it about 15 feet and
even logged with something like "HA HA HA".....  We suspect it was a
non-cacher that did this, although I would winder how in the heck he
found it.  It's not at all easy to stumble across.
