I'm not sure what you mean by "I can't get out of April", but if I'm
guessing right about the cache you placed (Silicon Desert #1?), it
wasn't approved until today, 12/5. This web site gets updated at about 3
AM, so you won't see anything listed here about your cache until Friday.
Tomorrow, try clicking on the "Arizona Cache Activity" link down the
left column of the home page, and you should be able to find your cache
listed.
