I have to admit that I like both types of caches.  I don't care a lot for 
long hikes in the middle of the summer.

The quality of the cache, and the enjoyment seems to have little to do with 
how far I have to go to get it.  While we like getting out and finding 
caches that take us through nice country on a hike, we also like the ones 
that are clever.  "910.285" in the Phoenix area comes to mind.  Not at all 
a long hike, but it is one of the more memorable caches that we have found.
