[Az-Geocaching] Prescott Caches

Why shouldn't it be up to geocaching.com to decide about best cache
placement?  They are the same ones who made the non-commerical site rule and
others that seem to benefit the sport.  We are free to set up our own
Geocaching site if we want.  In the meantime I would say that the place that
bears the almost sole burden of supporting this sport has earned the right
to make a few policies based on their experience.
