Thanks Trisha;

I know I need to get out there and replace the ammo can with one that's
waterproof, and zip-lock everything. I placed that cache so far in the
middle of the forest, it'll take almost a day. I'd rather spend that time
looking for other caches :-)

I made sure my new cache near Flagstaff is watertight!

  Hey Larry,
Just to let you know, Flash emailed me and said he checked your Camp Wood
cache yesterday while on a mapping patrol for the Posse, he said it was even
wetter than when he and I found it, but he didn't say if he was able to do
anything to fix it.
IF I can ever get some time to get out there (IF), I will definately go
and dry it out as best I can and baggie it, but with school started (for me,
3 classes towards paralegal) I'm not sure when I will get out there.
Hope you guys are doing well.....and ALL the folks on the list serve! I
had a great time reading about everyone's Labor Day adventures, I had about
25 email notifications of cache hits on my watch list!!
  Take care all,
  ~~trisha

You may already have these - but I also show these caches as archived:

    GC108C Gyko Route 66
    GC151E BoulderCache
    GCB5 Rock Corral
    GCF87 Mingus Mountain

well as for question #1... no there is not really any way to find out
when a cache gets archive.... maybe we could send out an an email anouncment
when one of us notice a caches has gets archived... i usually try to stay
on top of them becuase you cant search geocaching.com for a list of dead
ones... you must know the number of the cache to even access it anymore and
be logged in...
for everyone i am currently working on a project for the az geocaching
page to keep track of all the caches for arizona archived ones as well...
with some other cool goodies.. like statistics and mapping.. and such...
pretty cool... should be ready to go here in a while...

as for question #2 the site is

      http://geocaching.snaptek.com

      thanks for the question

      see ya...
